Return & Refund Policy

1. We do not accept returns of any chocolates due to the perishable nature.

2. If you receive a damaged product, wrong product or missing item, then send us the clear photos or videos of the product and packaging and Contact us within 24 hours of deliverd product.

3. To be eligible for a return or replacements there are few points to keep in mind:

(a) If wrong item was delivered (b) If product was significantly damaged during transit. (c) the order was incomplete. 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery. 
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer. 
  • Delivery delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. 
  • Minor variations in taste, color, decoration, or packaging. 

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
